FREE RETURNS
- We will accept all authorized returns
- All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, we will email you with the label attached.
- Print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.
- You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the free return label.
- Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
- Please note free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
- Please contact us here shopclairecm@gmail.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
- Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
- If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit.
- Returns are accepted with our authorization only.
- To receive an authorization number, please contact ClaireCM within 3 days of receipt of goods.
- Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE
- Please note that ClaireCM can only authorize returns once per order.
- Any issues concerning a not delivered package ClaireCM must be notified within 30 days of order date.
- Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to return the items. If the package is returned after 14 days of delivery date, the return is subject to 20% restocking fee.
"SALE" CATEGORY
- All items from the sale category are final sale. These items can not be returned for refund or exchange.
CREDIT / GIFT CERTIFICATE

Credit will be in form of gift certificate, a special code will be emailed to use for future purchases from ClaireCM or ccwholesaleclothing.

You will be given credit for the items you return only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Credit/Gift Certificate will be issued within 1 to 2 business days after ClaireCM receives and processes your return(s).
NONREFUNDABLE ITEMS

Returned items from the following categories are not accepted:
- Cosmetics, Undergarments, Hosiery.
- If items from following categories are shipped back they are subject to 20% restocking fee.
