Refund policy

• ClaireCM will accept all authorized returns.
• All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise.
• Once approved ClaireCM will generate a FREE UPS prepaid label. This will be emailed to you, with label attached.
• Print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the item(s).
• You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund once you receive the free return label.
• Once items are received back, ClaireCM will process the return and refund the balance back to your account.
• Please note: Free return labels are available for items being shipped within 48 continental states only.
• Please contact us at shopclairecm@gmail.com to receive an RMA# for your return.
• Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return.

REFUNDS

Returning Merchandise

If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a store credit. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please send an email to shopclairecm@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of goods.

Refused, unclaimed, undelivered orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.

• Original shipping fee is non refundable.

• Once your return request is approved, you have 14 days to return the items. If the package is returned after 14 days of delivery date, the return is subject to 20% restocking fee.

"SALE" CATEGORY

All items from the SALE Section of website, are final sale. These items can not be returned for refund or exchange.

This DOES NOT include items on website, listed as reduced pricing for promotional purposes or marketing campaign. Items listed with reduced price (outside of SALE Section of website), can be returned and/or exchanged per ClaireCM guidelines.

CREDIT/Gift certificate

You will be given credit for the items you return only, shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Credit/Gift Certificate will be issued within 1 to 2 business days after we receive and process your returns.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver through a gift credit and he/she will find out about your return.
